Domestic Short Hair - Gray - Percy - Pirate Russian Blue Kitten!
Percy is a 'Hurricane Sandy Cat'! One of our volunteers rescued him as a kitten from a high kill shelter. He is now 16 weeks old.
We think he is part Russian Blue, because of his gorgeous grey/blue coat and bright green eye.
Since enjoying BBAWC's foster care, Percy is a purr monster! He loves attention and chin rubs. While he is active and loves to wrestle with his foster friends; when he's tuckered out from playing, he wants a warm lap to sleep on! He enjoys the company of other cats and would be fantastic with children!
When we rescued Percy, he had a horrid infection in his right eye. Our wonderful vets at Vinegar Hill tried to save it, to no avail. His right eye has been removed, so he's now a 'pirate kitty'! The photos were taken while his eye was healing, so there was still a bit of swelling. It is now totally healed, and it will require no further concern. He gets along fine with one eye!
Percy has been neutered, fully vaccinated, micro-chipped, and is FIV/FeLV negative. He's ready for his furever home! Please contact [email removed] for a playdate in Brooklyn Heights!
