I am a female black and white pit bull mix. The shelter thinks I am about 3 YEARS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 12/04/2012 from NY 11233, owner surrender reason stated was ABANDON
Sassy pulls a bit on the leash and was sociable toward the handler during the assessment - soft body, low wag. She was calm during handling, but played tug-of-war with the leash during tag interaction. She was a bit difficult to push out of the food bowl, but had soft body language. Sassy was easy to handle when chewing on toys and rawhides and rushed in during the dog-dog test, but showed no aggression
