Adorable sweet doberman Puma in danger@Brooklyn kill shelter in Brooklyn, New York

Puma was surrendered due to the owner moving. The previous owner states they had Puma for a month and she has lived with two adults and one child under the age of thirteen. The previous owner states Puma is house/paper trained and is left loose in a room for 4 - 5 hours at a time when they are not home. The previous owner states Puma has not lived with dogs, but is playful with them. The previous owner has no information regarding Puma's behavior toward cats. The previous owner also states Puma is very shy around children and strangers. Puma walks calmly on the leash, but was extremely tense and fearful in the Assessment room. She trembles with stiff and fearful body language, lip licks, eyes are hard. When attempting to put the collar on for the assessment she froze and snapped at the Assessor.

I came in the shelter as a OWNER SUR on 03/12/2013 from NY 11235, owner surrender reason stated was PETS CONFL.
