I didn't take Ferdinand out of his cage today, but he was very friendly with me through the kennel door. His body was wiggly and his tail was wagging so fast I could barely see it!! Please be advised, he did show some concerning behavior when he was removed from his kennel by our safer team. He needs experienced placement.

I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 12/12/2012 from NY 10305, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.
