Neglected 8mo old pittie Bella in danger@Brklyn kill shelter-needs vet in Brooklyn, New York

Bella is an adorable 8 month old puppy who was surrendered to ACC because her previous caregiver 'just doesn't want a dog anymore'...she was also brought in unable to bear weight on her rear right leg which has been evaluated by a vet as a fracture that is at least a month old....one can only hope that what comes around goes around for the 'caregiver'...an investigation for cruelty charges is currently underway...this means that Bella cannot be adopted until the investigation is completed, but anyone who is interested in fostering or adopting her can contact a rescue group now to begin the process (see info below). Bella has lived with a teenage child and has been house trained. She is said to be friendly with dogs, her behavior with cats is unknown.
