Behavior eval summary:Jayda pulls a bit on the leash and was shy but friendly during the assessment - low body and tail, but trying to stay close. She was shy during handling, but had soft body language. She engages in play, loose body, wags tail, mouth is open. She did not resist being handled while eating, and was easily pushed out of the food bowl. Jayda was not interested in toys or rawhides and rushed in quickly during the dog-dog test, but showed no aggression

I am a female tan and white pit bull mix. The shelter thinks I am about 2 YEARS old. Weight 52lbs
I came in the shelter as a SEIZED on 09/08/2012 from NY 11231, owner surrender reason stated was OWN ARREST.
This dog is located at the Brooklyn Animal Care&Control (2336 Linden Blvd Brooklyn 11208). Please do not email for status updates... the only thing you will accomplish is spamming their in boxes and causing REAL adopter emails to go un-noticed. Contact the NYC ACC at (212) 788-4000 for further automated instructions. Also, have the ID# listed at the top of this post handy when inquiring!! This dog is in danger of being on the euthanasia list and could be scheduled to be killed at any time!
