Sparky is a 10yr old Soft Coat Wheaton Terrier who was originally surrendered to ACC in December when his caregivers were moving to a place that did not allow dogs. He was adopted earlier this month but returned after an alleged biting incident. The details are not known but Sparky is currently on a DOH hold. Older dogs do not do well with sudden changes, and Sparky has certainly had many lately, which could explain all of this, as he had no previous history of aggression.
