Bella pulls on the leash and was shy but friendly during the assessment - low body and tail, but trying to stay close. She was tense during handling, with fearful body language, but showed aggression during paw handling, She became fearful while playing tag and showed some concerning behavior during the food bowl test - stiffening, but did not snap at or bite the assess-a-hand. Bella was not interested in toys or rawhides and does not approach the helper dog, attempts to exit

I came in the shelter as a OWNER SUR on 01/27/2013 from NY 11354, owner surrender reason stated was PERS PROB.
