Scotty was found as a stray on 02/05/15. The medical team describes Scotty as allowing all handling during the medical exam but was nervous and trembling. Scotty did not express interest in the assessor but allowed the assessor to conduct all tactile items of the assessment without displaying signs of aggression. He displayed some fearful and nervous behaviors though having tense body language and trembling on the sensitivity item. He did not resist being handled while eating, and was easily pushed out of the food bowl. Scotty displayed no interest in the toy or rawhide items on this portion of the assessment and was relaxed when interacting with another dog on leash.

This dog is in danger of being on the euthanasia list and could be scheduled to be killed at any time! From The ACC site: To help ensure successful adoptions, please fill out a pre-adoption application (http://www.nycacc.org/pdfs/adoptions/AdoptionApplication.pdf) and bring it with you when you come into the Care Center to adopt a pet.
