It's water resistance & lightweight yet its completely effective in all intents & purposes. 1 Hooded sweatjacket. It's Black & Sky Blue. It has New York written across the chest in bold letters. The hood has a drawstring for size adjustment.

The Pockets on the vest are all sewn closed, but it seems that they can be opened up & used as regular suits if needed. So, yes, they can be altered to be used as regular suits.
4 ties. Three of the ties are regular ties & the smaller red one is a clip-on.
