Viewing for 2 bedrooms in spacious apartment (Bed-Stuy) in Brooklyn, New York

We are showing our apartment from 5:30 to 7 pm on Sunday May 26th, at 203 Macdonough Street, apt. 2. We are looking for roommates to take up 2 rooms in a spacious duplex apartment in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Just drop by!
Our neighborhood is a safe and hip area in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Bed-Stuy. We are 1 block away from the Kingston-Throop subway station (C line), and 5 minutes walk from Utica Ave station (A & C line) and Nostrand Ave station (A & C line). 20 minute train ride to Manhattan. We are 1 block off of Lewis Avenue, a street with trendy coffeeshops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is on 2 floors; living room, kitchen and 1 bathrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs. 1 bedroom has a private bathroom ($950/month), the other ($850/month) would share the other bathroom with us 2. The living room and kitchen are very big, suitable for hosting guests (see photos - Simon is in photos).
Lease begins June 1st, living room will be furnished but the bedrooms are not. We need 1st and last month's rent ($1900 for bedroom with private bathroom, $1700 for room with shared bathroom).
